Articles by Beth: Pilates and Riding series: | Beth offers private lessons, clinics, and seminars that link the skills of pilates to the skills of riding. You will learn to use your body in a rational and healthy way to improve balance and harmony with your horse. Fees. In 2009, Beth completed construction of a new barn and covered riding arena. Clients can now haul-in or ride-in for lessons in this 72' X 156' sheltered arena with sand/wood chip footing and a full wall of mirrors for feedback. The arena site provides a quiet and focused atmosphere for your lesson. Beth also travels to your arena to teach; a travel fee may be added to the base fee for a 45min private lesson.
There are extra stalls in the barn if you want to bring your horse and do a pilates session before your ride. This is a great way to maximize the benefits of pilates to your riding.
